已經忘了是什麼時候第一次聽這首歌了
應該是在高二之前吧...
那時對Billy Joel也沒啥概念...
就只是剛好找到這首歌來聽...
也一直不去管歌詞是寫啥XD
但是對副歌說的Honesty是一個寂寞的字眼印象很深刻
真誠跟寂寞?
因為真誠在其他人身上遇不到
只有自己有...所以寂寞吧
他說...如果妳在追求的東西是truthfulness
妳可能是瞎了...
因為在人群中很難得出現這字眼
歌詞中有句話我很喜歡
I don't want some pretty face to tell me pretty lies
All I want is someone to believe
我不需要一個會說著美麗謊言的人...
我只要一個可以信任的人...
很悲觀的一首歌...把人性看的很低
可是旋律很好聽^^
